Q: WHAT ARE YOUR CUT OFF DATES FOR DELIVERY BY CHRISTMAS

 For the 2009 holiday season, the following order deadlines apply for delivery by 25th December::

CANADA:                    December 15th, 2009

UK:                                December 9th, 2009

APO/FPO AE ZIP 093    December 3th, 2009

APO/FPO (remaing ZIPs)    December 9th, 2009

As gemstones are created naturally, no two are exactly alike making them even more appealing, The picture shown is a representation of the item you'll receive from the available lot.  Please expect natural variations.

Fraudulent activity related to the use of this site, including the fraudulent placing of orders, use of lost or stolen credit cards or submission of fraudulent checks, money orders or cashiers check will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Gemstonefinds submits all fraudulent use of credit cards and checks to the applicable authorities

Q: DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?

At the moment we do not sell wholesale.

Q: WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?

Orders ship within three business days and generally arrive 7-10 business days after you placed your order.

Q:  HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Please allow 3 to 6 business days to receive an item after it has been shipped. 

Q:  HOW IS YOUR SHIPPING CALCULATED?

The Shipping Charges are based on the item's weight and the destination zip code. This method applies to both US and International order.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom

Q: WHY IS MY ORDER BACKORDERED?
A:
In a very small percentage of our orders, inventory can be depleted by the time your order reaches the warehouse. Should this occur, Gemstonefinds will notify you of the backorder status within one (1) business day of order processing.

SHORTAGES:
Any order that is shipped incomplete, will be completed by Gemstonefidns. The missing item(s) will either be shipped at no additional charge, or a credit for future purchases will be issued. Notification of shortages must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
